Based on recent breakthrough by Kumar and Wolf, the 20-year old open problem by Ruskai advanced from d=2 to d=3. Motivated by this, I devised a better algorithm than my previous 10-year old algorithms. Now we can decompose channels with quite large dimension, say d=10.
